1. How much does it cost to transport my vehicle?
The cost will depend on the following factors:-

Additional charge if Door-to-Door for interstate carry
Align Car Carrying offers discounts for:
- Transporting four or more vehicles from the same origin to the same destination.
- Frequent and regular bookings
3. How long does it take to transport my vehicle?
Pickups in the Sydney Metropolitan region will be delivered within 24 working hours. This can be extended to the Central Coast, Wollongong and Blue Mountains. Intrastate and interstate deliveries will take a little longer. For example, Sydney to Brisbane normally takes 7 working days.
4. How should I prepare my vehicle?
Your vehicle should:
- Have sufficient fuel for loading and unloading your vehicle
- Not be loaded with personal effects
- Be checked before Pickup and after Delivery
- Credit/Debit Card
- Visa card
- Mastercard
- Cash
- Money Order
- EFTPOS if vehicle delivered to depot
6. Can I pack personal effects in my vehicle?
We advise that you do not pack personal effects in your vehicle. If you choose to pack a small quantity of personal effects please advise the driver. We accept no responsibility for personal effects left in your car. If your personal effects add a significant addition to the weight then an additional charge may be included.
7. Can I have Door to Door service?
Door to Door is standard service in the Metropolitan region of capital cities. For interstate deliveries an additional charge is included for Door to Door deliveries.
8. What if my vehicle is not operative?
If your vehicle is inoperative an additional charge will be added depending on the difficulty of moving your vehicle.
9. Can you help if my vehicle needs repairs and/or maintenance?
